town-to-town or hut-to-hut on the largest (and

stunningly beautiful) trail system in the United States.

WINTER FISHING

Enjoy a winter angling vacation inWashington by catching

species like walleye, steelhead, crappie and more.

The state’s winter fisheries are generally open

November through March (and some year-round)

providing you plenty of opportunities to catch your

favorite winter game fish. Open waters are available on

the Coumbia, Methow and Okanogan Rivers. Always

go to the State Dept. of Fish and Wildlife for current

regulations and restrictions.

ALPINE SKI/BOARD HILL

North Cascades has some of the most spectacular scenery and best skiing

and snowboarding conditions in the Northwest.A wide panorama of snowy

surfaces indulge every wintery lodges, ski and rental shops.
