WE LOVE CANADA Welcome to our 41st cross-country ski season in the Methow! Last year Methow Trails celebrated our 40th anniversary and we were gifted with one of the best ski seasons in our history. We can’t wait for this ski season, with so many exciting highlights to look forward to, including • It’s a Winter Olympics year and we have (at least) two local Olympians competing in nordic events. local brother and sister duo Erik and Sadie Bjornsen. We are hopeful that 2014 Olympian Brian Gregg will be joining them as well. • We are welcoming our new Partnership Program Manager, Adrienne Schaefer, to our team. You’ll see a lot of Adrienne at our sponsored events and programs. • We are adding a new warming hut to complement all the fun trailside amenities that we love to create for kids and adults. • New PistenBully groomer and enhancements to our track-setting equipment that will give us a wider skate lane for this season. • New grooming enhancements for our fat bike trails. If you haven’t tried fat biking this should be your year. • Free ski shuttle on Saturdays. We are continuing this subsidized service for skiers who are able to ski long distances. • New website!
